You’re the heart of Blueprint, and with 28,716 of you minting content worth collecting, Cohort 1 was an incredible success.
Your support has helped build this program, and I can’t thank you enough for being a part of it.
As we look ahead, I’m excited to share what’s next for you and for our upcoming cohort of creators.
Blueprint Cohort 2 applications opened last week, and there’s so much in store for you guys in future cohorts.
Here’s a glimpse of what’s coming.
But first, let’s dive into our curation process.
We have a rigorous application process for each Blueprint Cohort, designed to ensure that only the top creators join our accelerator.
We carefully select the highest quality creators, those we believe are truly worth your time and attention.
Our curation is essential in bringing new content onchain that’s worth collecting.
Cohort 1 saw 216 creators apply, and only 10 got accepted.
That’s a less than 5% acceptance rate, and we expect that to decrease as we open applications for future cohorts.
So as we build our momentum each cohort, we’ll be introducing some treats along the way.
But our curation doesn’t end there, we’re also incredibly strict with our collaborators who provide incentives.
Blueprint is a curated community where brands build culture, and creators learn what it takes to go viral onchain.
Each project is carefully vetted to align with our mission of supporting creators and collectors like you.
Our collaborators don’t just provide financial incentives; they introduce new products, networks, and experiences that make collecting more fun and rewarding.
For Cohort 1, we worked with Zora, Pods, Guild, Drakula, and Layer3, who collectively offered over $300k in incentives claimed over seven weeks.
Based on polls we took, you loved the educational content produced by our podcasters, and the digital artists that minted on Zora.
That’s what we’re all about: introducing you to culture, onchain.
Now, for Cohort 2, we’re excited to welcome Base, our newest collaborator, bringing curated rewards for Blueprint creators, native to Coinbase Wallet and their desktop application.
Between you, our creators, and the brands we work with, we’re defining the playbook for publishing media onchain.

As part of this next cohort, we’re rolling out exciting new features that will enhance your experience as a Blueprint collector:
The Blueprint Platform: A hub for all your Blueprint-related activities, where you can easily track rewards and collect content.
Top Collector Leaderboard: We’re introducing a leaderboard that allows you to monitor your engagement and participation, giving you insight into how your collecting efforts compare to those of others in the community.
New Collaborations & Partnerships: Throughout this second cohort, we’ll be unveiling new partnerships and collaborations with alumni from Cohort 1 that will bring fresh content and experiences to Blueprint, providing even more opportunities for you to collect, engage, and benefit from our partnered incentives.
These three additions reward your ongoing participation and give you more ways to interact with the brands we curated, as well as current and alumni Blueprint creators.
We want to thank the 28,716 collectors who participated in Cohort 1.
We saw you all mint 384,174 pieces of content, creating tremendous success for creators and helping them go viral onchain.
Your involvement was key in shaping the program, and we’re excited to build on that momentum for Cohort 2.

Cohort 1 distributed $379,791.13 in incentives, rewarding collectors an average of $1.13 per piece of content minted.
Looking deeper, 28,716 of you earned an average of $18.74 in crypto.
That’s incredible.
Looking ahead, we’ll be offering even more surprise incentives, focused on:
Helping you discover new brands and creators.
Giving you more opportunities to earn rewards through our onchain campaigns.

Cohort 2 brings a renewed focus on daily campaigns and content drops, to deliver nearly 150 pieces of content over two and a half months starting December 2024.
With over $300,000 in incentives to distribute across $OP, $ONCHAIN, and $BONSAI, keep an eye out for frequent opportunities to engage and earn rewards through various campaigns spanning multiple creative genres and formats.
We’re continuing our collaboration with Layer3, who played a key role in helping distribute these incentives to you.
You’ll continue to earn XP and Cubes through their platform, and with the release of our Top Collector Leaderboard, you’ll earn XP native to Blueprint.
And now with Base in the mix, we’re bringing triple the XP when you collect through the Coinbase Wallet platform.
Together, we can run these campaigns efficiently, meaningfully rewarding collectors like you as you engage with the program and support Blueprint creators.
