Higher is an internet destination: a vibrant network of designers, developers, artists, writers, entrepreneurs, and athletes, leveraging open technology to work ourselves into our dream lives.
Higher is a network for your ambitions, for refining your worldview, and creating the world you want to see among people who get it. Every day, we push each other to achieve new heights, explore new ideas, and create new experiences. Members have created athletic clubs, radio stations, experiential apps, and AI agents dedicated to accelerating the cause.
Two core mechanisms serve to align the network both financially and socially. $HIGHER serves as the community’s free-floating currency and speculative equity in the brand. Aether, our agent, engages in conversations beyond the capacity of core members, accelerating actions that align with the principles and values of the network.
Higher is built on four foundational principles:
Technology accelerates human capacity.
True ambition is communal, not personal.
Meaningful creations come from genuine beliefs.
Only character and action change the world.
At its core, Higher is centered around aspiration. Our direction is not toward a fixed destination, but in the pursuit of higher standards. You don’t need anyone’s permission to join us – Higher is open to those who share the values that move us toward the optimistic futures we imagine and build.
The people of Higher embody:
Action-oriented optimism
Collective ambition
Thoughtful risk-taking
Childlike imagination
Positive-sum thinking
While these values are specific enough to take action, they are also broad enough to be applied to each member’s unique pursuits. Through the application of these values, we’ve observed various Higher Archetypes:
Designers, Artists, & Visual Creatives
Our imagination lab, creating freely without worrying about constraints. This group shows us their worldview, giving emotional depth to the network through bold choices and colorful opinions.
They are generous with their knowledge. They work in the public domain. They are always improving their skills and output.
Developers & Product Minds
Our fantasy factory, shipping relentlessly. This group builds software and products that shape Higher in their visions, using the composability of blockchains to bring us all closer together no matter where we live.
They have no managers or directive – just freedom to pursue their curiosities and make the impossible tangible, taking the capacity of the network higher with each push.
Writers & Speculators
Our collective voice, sharpening and sharing their beliefs. This group is articulate, pragmatic, and vulnerable in their dialogue. They are deeply opinionated and ambitious with their thinking, shaping conversations through thoughtful back and forth with fellow members.
They write about what matters most to them without mandate –just the expression of their highest aspirations and an authentic mirror keeping us from fatal delusion.
