when i began workin' w/trainer, he made changes to my diet & put me through months of intensive training to get me physically ready & we worked together to have met bulk up even more.
since i started training, i've gained 17 lbs & it's all muscles. i feel so much better now. when you feel strong, it changes everything, your posture & the way you walk.
the physical transformation wasn't easy. gym time is only 1 part of my prep. i trained for 6 hours a day, 6 days a week for 6 months.
we did a lot of gym sessions, rehearsals & yoga sessions. it's been very intensive but it's payin' off.
my training camp is a lot more intense but it's been worth it.
