i learned early on in life, being fit will take you anywhere you want to go.
so i trained like i've never trained before. my training went through a complete overhaul.
i've realized it's more about keepin' up so conditioning became all important. i dropped the split routines & did more circuit training & cardio training.
i still want to look good but it's far more important to be able to perform.
there's a gruelling schedule & sometimes we don't get a chance to recover. there's no off season.
sometimes you just have to listen to your body & just stuck w/yoga.
yoga improved my performances, i became so agile & my recovery time is so quick.
after retirement, my training is pretty much yoga.
training for projects didn't mean i went back to the gym.
i didn't want to abandon my yoga training. combining gym sessions & yoga sessions became to much for me, so i started takin' yoga sculpting & toning sessions.
