it's not always easy to get up in the morning & go train. very rarely will i ever skip my training sesh, but i tell myself, 'just do it,' it's only an hour. it's talkin' yourself off the ledge of being a lazy bum.
i don't like training later, it gets harder to get there when i already have my day goin'.
eat lots of green vegetables like asparagus, brussel sprouts, kale & spinach. i do try to eat healthy but i don't always do.
last but not least is sleep, ideally i would love to get 9 or 10 hours of sleep but i always make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep.
