when this project came callin', i knew exactly what to do.
it's tough because drinkin' & dining out is a big part of your social life. so when you take on a big commitment, it's got to be a major lifestyle change.
that lifestyle change starts w/a 5 hours training per day. 5 hours of training might seem crazy to the average 9-to-5ers, but for me, it's literally all in a day's work.
it's really about how committed you are to the project. you don't want to be the 1 fallin' behind. it's about setting goals & stickin' to it, no matter the price.
in addition to loads of cardio, rehearsals, weights & yoga training, i have to make major changes to my diet.
a self proclaimed "foodie," i have to make careful choices of what i put in my mouth.
there's no cheat days or i'll just have 1 concessions.
it's an extreme case of self control, for sure. but it's more like a lifestyle change rather than restrictions.
