if i get this project, people are goin' to see me naked!
landing this project demanded sweeping changes to my routine.
the changes began w/my diet. i just pounding the protein, eating as much ground beef as possible. chicken thighs were another important addition.
then came the training. training 6 days a week + daily yoga sessions.
my only regret is that i didn't start my prep a lot sooner.
