at the end of 2025, i told myself that i wanted to get strong, i let my body follow but my main priority is strength, i switch up a few things in my training & definitely could've tailored & cleaned up my diet a lot more.
i'm excited to see what i can do in a year. my goal for 2026 will be to lean out while keepin' my muscles & strength i gained.
the "fun" part, i learn only as i age is that it's a journey we're meant to enjoy, while aiming for something bigger, but learning to take the moments along the way to appreciate & enjoy the grind & where i'm at.
i'm grateful, i'm healthy & i can train & experiment w/my body & i'm just gettin' started.
