the fear of lookin' like i didn't know how to is what drove me to dedicate the next few years of my life to training twice a day.
boxing movies have always served as a great motivator for men who loved them to get in the gym.
these movies have inspired many to push through the next rep or to add an additional mile to our daily run.
morning runs was once a hobby became religious. start out w/a 3 mile run & by the end, i was running 8 miles before the morning training sesh.
cardio & weight training for the morning training sesh.
yoga training for the afternoon/evening training sesh.
