not gonna lie, i've seen comments about the "dad bod" & that hit me. i actually started feelin' uncomfortable in my body & i couldn't get over it.

i started wearing baggier clothes, i did everything to hide my body &/or stomach because i didn't like it.

1 thing i'm gonna do tho is overcome!

trust me it took a long time but i said eff it i'm doin' this! it's never to prove people wrong or anything i never took it personally, if anything it's a wake up call.

i started to love myself more & started takin' care of myself. sometimes you can get lazy, you don't wanna do anything cause you already work hard.

you can go further & you wouldn't know if you could or not unless you tried. tryin'... that's the key word, cause you'll never know what you can accomplish unless you try.

this isn't my end goal, it's my startin' point but i have been workin' & pushin' for more improvements w/my body to see where i can go.

still got long ways to go but whatever you wanna do in life...try!
