Cognition builds a wall against fear. Your cognition is a mature part of your personality. You know your age, your abilities, and that you are no longer protected by your parents. You realize you can protect yourself and give yourself the security you need. It all comes from your perception. And your perception, unlike many fears, is no longer the perception of childhood. Fortunately, your cognitive experience gets richer as you get older. It can tell if you're actually in danger, objectively, or if you just think you are. In this book, we will deliberately use our knowledge to our advantage. Sometimes cognition can mislead us, but only when we are willing to let it control our lives. The important thing is to realize that you are in control of your life. You can make any decision consciously, and you don't have to do what your head thinks is right. What we think is right is often based on common social perceptions. Unfortunately, these perceptions rarely fulfill our desires or dreams. In addition, as I mentioned earlier, our cognition is building a "wall" to try to protect us from fear.
