หากท่านกำลังสนใจงาน Contribute ในฝั่ง Modular/L2 Blockchain ผมมีอีกโปรเจคที่ผมสนใจ โดยโปรเจคนี้ได้นำเสนอ concept ใหม่ของการทำ Execution มีชื่อว่า Blended Execution ซึ่งมาช่วย on-board ให้เหล่า developers เข้าถึง Ethereum ได้มากขึ้น โดยไม่จำเป็นที่จะต้องเรียนภาษา Solidity โปรเจคนั้นมีชื่อว่า Fluent ครับ

Why Another L2? Fluent ชูจุดขายกับ Blended Execution โดยมี concept คือการรวม Virtual Machine ต่างๆเช่น EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine), SVM (Solana Virtual Machine) และ WASM (WebAssembly) เข้าด้วยกัน ซึ่งทำให้ Fluent จะสามารถรองรับ apps ได้หลากหลายมากขึ้นรวมทั้ง apps จาก Ethereum และ Solana

Apps ต่างๆบน Fluent สามารถแบ่งออกได้เป็น 2 ประเภท

1. Shared Apps: จะเป็นในส่วนของ smart contract apps ที่ทำการ deployed โดยตรงบน Fluent โดยมี programming experience ที่คล้ายคลึงกับ Ethereum ที่ตัว apps จะมีความ synchronously composable (ประกอบกันได้และยังสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้ตลอดเวลา) ซึ่งเหมาะสำหรับการพัฒนาหลายๆ DeFi use cases

2. Dedicated Apps: จะมีความคล้ายคลึงกับ independent, customizable state machines ที่สามารถใช้ Fluent ในการทำ proof aggregation และ verification ได้ โดยสามารถนำมาใช้สร้างเชน L3 หรือทำ verifiable compute environment ได้ เหมาะสำหรับการทำ high performance game และ AI inference

เนื่องจาก Fluent ยังอยู่ใน stage เริ่มแรก อาจทำให้มีข้อจำกัดในหลายๆด้าน อาทิ จำนวนภาษาที่รับรองแล้วสำหรับการพัฒนา smart contracts ผ่าน Fluentbase SDK

ปัจจุบันทุกๆท่านสามารถมีส่วนร่วมกับ Fluent ผ่านการทำเควส Galxe ได้ครับ

• โดยจะมีเควส Engagement - Updated Daily ที่ควร bookmark ไว้ เพราะจะมีการทำอัปเดตอยู่เรื่อยๆ

• และจะมีเควสล่า role discord ไปกับ Discord Master เพื่อรับโรลพิเศษต่างๆ (รายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมที่นี่)

หมายเหตุ: ในปัจจุบัน Fluent ยังอยู่ใน Devnet stage จึงอาจมีการ reset network ได้ทุกเมื่อ

ปัจจุบันสามารถพัฒนา smart contracts ได้ผ่าน Rust, Solidity และ Viper สามารถอ่านเพิ่มเติมได้ที่นี่ นอกเหนือจากนั้นยังสามารถกรอกฟอร์มเพื่อเข้าร่วม Early Builders Program ได้

Fluent เป็นอีกโปรเจค L2 ที่ผู้เขียนคิดว่าดูมีความน่าสนใจ ปัจจุบัน Fluent ยังอยู่ในสถานะ early พอสมควร จึงยังต้องติดตามกันไปสักพักว่าตัวโปรเจคมี potential ที่จะทำให้สำเร็จได้จริงไหม (โดยเราจะมีวิธีการ validate ในส่วนนี้ เช่นผ่านมูลค่า funding ที่ได้รับในภายหลัง ซึ่งเราจะมาพูดถึงประเด็นนี้กันอีกทีครับ) และถ้าทำได้จริง ผมมองว่า Fluent จะมาช่วยเปิดประสบการณ์ใหม่ๆผ่านการใช้งาน apps ที่มีความหลากหลายมากขึ้นได้พอสมควรทีเดียวครับ
