First of all, what is Gnoland
Ganland was rewritten by Jae Kwon, one of the original Cosmos founders, in a language called Gnolang, an offshoot of Golang, which eases operating system burden, has faster speed and resource efficient concurrency than any other language
What problem is Gnoland trying to solve
The Cosmos ecosystem is getting better and multi-linking is becoming a reality, but a number of issues have started to occur, such as the recent Juno network shutdown, which shows that there is a lot of room for improvement in security Jae Kwon thinks Cosmos Hub should be: Hub Minimalism, which was its original idea, but it has evolved a bit beyond that. Can ATOM's tokenomics meet other challenges in the future?
The unique place of Gnoland
Unlike other Layer1s, Gnoland uses a dual token model. Separating fee tokens and governance tokens, the dual token model mitigates operational risk by shifting governance responsibility from end-users to nodes, verifiers, and network stakeholders who have practical knowledge of the blockchain. A fixed, inflation-charged token specifically designed to power blockchain contracts would allow users to keep their tokens in their wallets for future use without worrying about their value being inflated, which would greatly address many of the negatives associated with a single token
