Casa dos Cunha Reis, also referred to as Casa Grande, is located in the parish of Braga (Maximinos, Sé and Cividade), city and municipality of Braga, district of the same name, in Portugal.
It has been classified as a Property of Public Interest since 1977.

History
It was built in the 18th century in the so-called "Campo das Hortas", constituting one of the many signs of power that, over the centuries, the deans of the Cathedral of Braga imprinted on the city. D. António Alexandre da Cunha Reis da Mota Godinho acquired this property, where he built the property we know today and which was considered, at the time, one of the most significant constructions in the extramural area of Braga.
His family, linked to the wine trade, and the positions he held (Dean of the chapter of the Cathedral, capitular vicar, temporal governor of the archbishopric, knight of the Order of Christ, Lord of Quinta da Vacaria), allowed him to display the its power (economic, political and religious) through architecture.
The coat of arms, visible on the triangular pediment that tops the building, is, however, later, having been placed there by his brother, Joaquim Jerónimo, heir to the house on the death of the dean, in 1834.
Casa Grande continues to belong to the same family, with the current owner António da Cunha Reis.
Characteristics
It consists of a palatial house (manor house), internally divided into two floors.
