The Church of Santa Luzia or Church of Santa Luzia and São Brás is a church located in the parish of Santiago, in Lisbon, Portugal. Next to the church, there is the viewpoint of Santa Luzia.
This church was built during the reign of D. Afonso Henriques. It is not clear whether it was already built at this time by knights of the Order of Saint John to hospital for Jerusalem (later Order of Malta). It is currently the national headquarters of the Assembly of Portuguese Knights of that Order.
The current construction dates from the 18th century, having been remodeled after the 1755 earthquake, under the responsibility of the architect Mateus Vicente de Oliveira.
On the sides, it has two tile panels depicting scenes from the capture of Lisbon from the Moors and Praça do Comércio. The plan of the church is a Latin cross.
