The Church of Santo Ildefonso is located in Praça da Batalha, in the current parish of Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, São Nicolau and Vitória, in the center of the city of Porto, in Portugal.

The church was rebuilt in 1730, as the first church was in ruins, and was completed in 1739, dedicated to Santo Ildefonso de Toledo.
The façade is made up of two bell towers with dentils on the cornices, topped on each side by spheres and fantasy pediments. Above the entablature stands the patron saint's niche. The walls are decorated with tiles by Jorge Colaço (1932), with scenes from the life of Saint Ildefonso and allegories of the Eucharist.
The nave is polygonal in proto-baroque style, with a wooden ceiling and repeated ornamental stucco on the walls. The side altars are neo-classical works and the side altars are rococo carvings. The Baroque carved altarpiece is Rococo from the second half of the 18th century.
The Church of Santo Ildefonso has been classified as a Property of Public Interest since 1977.
