A Igreja do Corpo Santo fica situada no largo com o mesmo nome, na freguesia lisboeta de São Paulo, junto ao Cais do Sodré.
A igreja, datada do século XVIII, apresenta características invulgares para o que é frequente encontrar na arquitectura religiosa nacional. A nave em forma octogonal inscrita num rectângulo confere ao espaço o significado de símbolo perfeito.
A cúpula hemisférica e rematada por um lanternim solução geralmente adoptada para permitir a entrada de maior luz, talvez não fosse necessário num espaço pequeno, o que explica a singularidade do templo.
Na imponente fachada podemos encontrar um frontão triangular em cujo tímpano se pode ver o símbolo da Ordem dos Dominicanos irlandeses com as triplas pilastras.
