The Borges Restaurant, located in Paço de Arcos, opened its doors on May 1, 1982, managed by Manuel Faria de Oliveira, José da Costa Lopes and Mr. Puga.
Since then, its record has always been dedicated to Portuguese Food, accompanied by a wide selection of wines, from the North to the South of the country. On June 7, 2009, Restaurante Borges received a reception from the Mayor of Oeiras, Doctor Isaltino. Morais, the Municipal Merit Diploma for services performed within the Municipality and the Country. Currently the kitchen is under the command of Chef Fernando Martins, specialized in Portuguese cuisine.
