At Magnet Labs, we believe innovation's power comes from our vibrant community. That’s why we’re introducing the Magnet Labs Ambassador Program — a program designed to reward you and put your skills, ideas, and influence at the centre of our mission.
The Ambassador Program at Magnet Labs is designed to reward our most dedicated community members. Ambassadors play a crucial role in promoting the community, supporting new members, and contributing to Magnet Labs' growth.
To be eligible for ambassadorship, members must reach Level 3 on Discord and demonstrate consistent, positive involvement in the community. Once eligible, members can apply for the Ambassador Program. Ambassadors should have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Magnet Labs, and all products in the Magnet Labs ecosystem.
Ambassador Roles & Responsibilities:
Hosting and leading community discussions and activities
Supporting new members and offering guidance
Creating content (articles, blogs, videos, etc.) that highlights Magnet Labs
Promoting the community on social media and other platforms
Manage and moderate regional chats based on local language
Planning community events to keep the community engaged
Ambassadors are incentivized through a combination of Community Voting and Activity Scores. The reward system is designed to ensure that ambassadors are recognized not only for their popularity but also for their measurable contributions.
The reward for ambassadors is determined by a formula that combines three key components:
Community Votes (V): The percentage of votes received from the community during a monthly vote.
Activity Score (A): A score based on measurable actions like content creation, event hosting, and community support.
Bonus Score (B): Optional bonuses for extraordinary contributions, such as providing critical feedback or assisting during major events.
Where:
TS = Total Score determining the final reward
0.3 = Weighting of community votes
0.6 = Weighting of activity
0.1 = Weighting of bonus score
Vmax= Total votes received
Amax= Total activity score for the period
Bmax= Total bonus score awarded for the period
Eligibility:
Once you have achieved Level 3, you will be eligible to cast a vote
Nomination Process:
Members of the community choose the best and most engaging contributor to receive the bonus. Members who vote will receive 100 Discord XP.
Voting:
After nominations, the community votes on ambassadors in the Voting category. Voting occurs once a month, and only members above Level 3 are eligible to vote.
Activity Points will be based upon contribution posted by Ambassadors in a dedicated Ambassador Content channel, and will be distributed as follows (subject to change):

Ambassadors are rewarded based on their Total Score as calculated by the formula. The following responsibility and reward system will be in place for ambassadors:
Requirements:
Be at least Level 3 in the Discord leveling system.
Be accepted onto the Ambassador program.
Remain active, and participate in community discussions and events.
Responsibilities:
Welcome new members and assist with onboarding.
Moderate discussions and promote a positive environment.
Lead and organize community events to foster engagement and participation.
Moderate discussions within the Discord.
Rewards:
Monthly Cash Reward: Distributed based on performance scores, maximum of $50 per ambassador.
In-person event allowance (with prior approval from Magnet Labs team)
Ambassador role for recognition in Discord.
Specialized training sessions for content creation to help develop Ambassador skillset
Access to exclusive Ambassador channel for collaboration with the Magnet Labs team, and with eachother.
Monthly Magnet Points: 500 Magnet Points.
Eligibility for special giveaways or events.
