The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Resume the operation of all passenger transport lines and bus transformation lines from the main urban area of Changchun to all counties (cities) and districts, and reasonably arrange the transportation capacity according to the principle of reducing classes and non-stop lines.
2、 The competent transportation departments at the municipal and county levels scientifically formulate the departure plan and publish it to the public through the news media to facilitate the people to take the bus.
3、 Resume the operation of all passenger stations in Changchun and start the online ticketing system.
4、 Strictly implement the requirements for epidemic prevention and control. In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of transport’s guidelines for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in different areas and levels in passenger stations and transportation vehicles (Seventh Edition) and the operation manual for the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic among key groups in the transportation industry in Changchun, the disinfection and sterilization ventilation of stations and vehicles and the protection of employees shall be implemented, and passengers shall be urged to actively show the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, cooperate with code scanning, temperature measurement, and enter the station During the ride, the whole process of wearing masks and other epidemic prevention requirements shall be standardized.
