Most people have problems. I'm sure you would agree with me on this one. I don't know why, but today I decided to start with a non-controversial statement.
Now, the juice.
What is also true about most people is that they don't have a deliberate process to help them distinguish problems from non-problems, and a set of steps to follow to prioritize what falls in the problems category.
