任意用户登陆twtterscan后，可以在个人中心看到抽奖按钮“Create Raffle”
当满足twitter粉丝数大于1000，并且账户创建时间满2个月的情况下，就可以体验抽奖功能。
用户需要完成twitter的授权认证，以便twitterscan进行后续的操作，还请允许平台获取如下权限。
Create Your Raffle
创建抽奖系统分为3步，填写基本信息、设置参加条件、支付活动费用（目前免费）
当用户输入Twitter项目方账户后，可以一键导入基本信息，免去繁琐的填写步骤。
项目方需要在这里设置白名单的基本信息，包括项目最大数量、所在公链、mint价格、发售时间、opensea详情页、抽奖白名单数量。
项目方在这边可以有选择的设置参加条件。
针对不同的任务类型，进行定制化的任务。
单击对应的任务小窗口，灰色区域出现如下对话框。
请项目方填写对应的信息后，进行“Check”校验操作，防止填写错误信息。
单击“Check” 按钮，twitterscan会加载对应的内容，用户可以在查看页面是否一致。
填写完必要的信息后，单击“Save and Next” 就进入支付页面。
Pay the fee
由于目前是新功能上线，所以支付费用为0。希望各大项目方可以在活动期间，积极使用产品功能。
单击“Create and Review”后，平台会自动跳转到项目方的抽奖页面。
Premint page
项目方可以把这一页面，分享到Twitter、discord或者是其他合作的媒体渠道。
在完成了信息的填写以后，再次单击 Setting-Create Raffle后，则会跳转到对应的管理页面。
项目方可以轻松的在这一页面，新增新的抽奖活动。
如果想要修改、暂停或者删除对应的抽奖活动，可以单击“View”,进入对应的活动页面，可以看到对应的操作按钮。
