This report, compiled by the MintCore development team, outlines the milestones of Mint Blockchain in 2024 and provides a forward-looking roadmap for 2025. It’s dedicated to every participant, enthusiast, and contributor in the Mint community:
February 2024: The Mint Testnet is launched, marking the beginning of its blockchain journey.
April 2024: Mint Blockchain officially joined the OP Superchain as a member, solidifying its place in the ecosystem.
May 2024: The Mint Mainnet was successfully deployed.
May 2024: Raised $5M in seed round funding from investors including Jsquare, BlockAI Ventures, SNZ, Mask Network, Antalpha Ventures, NFTScan Labs, Predator Capital, PANONY Group, and Whitelist Ventures.
July 2024: Mint Blockchain partnered with the Optimism Foundation to boost developer ecosystems and community building in the Asia-Pacific region, hosting a series of Superchain Developer Summits.
October 2024: Secured $2M in strategic investment and 1M $OP delegation voting rights from the Optimism Foundation for governance in the OP Superchain.
October 2024: Collaborated with imKey and Bearbrick to release RWA NFT products on RareShop.
November 2024: Formed a strategic alliance with RedotPay to advance PayFi ecosystem development.
November 2024: Co-hosted NFTCON2024, the inaugural global NFT developer summit, with NFTScan and PANews during DEVCON Thailand.
December 2024: Launched the Mint Eco Fund, fostering NFT innovation through partnerships with incubators and developer communities.
By the end of 2024:
• Rolled out 100+ ecosystem apps and innovative native applications such as Mint Forest, MintSwap Finance, MintRich, CreditOnChain, ERC7765, and NIPs Platform.
• Reached 590,000 on-chain wallet addresses and an active user base of 276,000 wallets.
• Exceeded 330,000 daily transactions and established a global community spanning 12 languages with 300,000 members.
• Q1 2025: Announce the Mint Blockchain tokenomics, initiate airdrops, and conduct the $MINT Token Generation Event (TGE).
• Q2 2025: Launch the Staking Node and introduce Staking & Restaking mechanisms to distribute rewards to $MINT holders.
• Q3 2025: Unveil Mint Liquidity, enabling multi-chain asset aggregation and cross-chain interoperability, positioning Mint as a top asset routing network.
• Q4 2025: Release the Mint App, an all-in-one blockchain application integrating wallet, DEX, NFT marketplace, staking, RWA, AI agents, and more, accelerating NFT adoption.
