Let’s cut to the chase - what’s new in Season 2—Hidden Oasis? From a participation standpoint, not much! You can still track your MP & Mint Expedition NFTs via the rewards dashboard.
However, here are a couple of meaningful changes and notes that users need to know about:
Staggered quest releases: Each quest in Season 2 will be rolled out gradually, rather than all at once. This approach is designed to enhance the user experience throughout the Hidden Oasis adventure.
Increased MP rewards: While Season 1 focused primarily on Mint Expedition NFT rewards, Season 2 will see an increase in MP rewards. Users can collect MP by completing various quests. If your friends haven’t joined yet, invite them to join via your referral code—they’ll earn rewards, and you’ll receive 10% of their rewards as a bonus.
Stablecoin boost: To deepen stablecoin liquidity on Mint, and offer a low-risk LP position, especially in volatile markets, stablecoin bridges and related Liquidity Provider (LP) pairs will receive a boost in Season 2.
Hidden Oasis on Galxe: A dedicated Hidden Oasis section will be available on Galxe, where users can participate in exclusive campaigns to earn random rewards from our ecosystem partners. This area will be launched in sync with the new quests.
Additional rewards & IRL integration: To promote large-scale adoption of NFT assets in real life, this season will introduce projects and asset classes tied to real-world scenarios, with additional rewards up for grabs.
