1、Delegators pay Validators a “Commission Fee'', to compensate Validators for setting up node servers and for participating in community governance on the Delegators behalf.

2、Validators are  potential community politicians, and the best way to get support from Delegators is to "serve the community, help the community to expand its influence, get more recognition through the preaching of their ideas, and give better governance suggestions to the Octopus Network".

3、We hope that through the 20% Commission Fee, the Octopus Network can foster a class of "governance agents" more quickly, which will enable community governance to evolve in a positive way.
