A year ago, I was preparing for what should’ve been a super casual interview. It was hosted by my friend, in Polish, and I even got the list of questions ahead of time. I thought I was ready. Then it started with something I hadn’t prepared for: “Can you introduce yourself?”

Nothing huge, just movement, breath, and doing it again tomorrow.

After years of deep inner work − therapy, journaling, drawing, meditating − I felt like I had changed. I was calmer. Braver. Freer. I didn't realize I was still stuck.
