You’ve never run a proper campaign. Maybe you took marketing courses ten years ago. But hey, you shitpost on your own account, so you figure: “I guess I can shitpost for ETHWarsaw too.”
And then your life becomes the content. You go for a walk during a perfect sunset and you get inspired to take some pictures and create a few posts.
Just a vibe. A teaser posted while you’re still waiting for the green light. You even repost it from your personal Twitter. Because maybe that sunset deserved company, and Twitter was close enough.
The posts hit. And for a moment, you feel like a real campaign manager.
Then you get a call.
“Vitalik is coming.”
"Excuse me, what?"
"Vitalik is coming. Next Tuesday."
For a second, I froze. I thought about the folders of graphics I had prepared. The threads. The narrative arcs. And now, this soft sunset post casually suggesting a date... with Vitalik? He definitely wasn’t the one I was thinking about.
We didn’t know he was coming. But the timing was perfect. The post suddenly had a double meaning. The vibes became prophetic. Maybe they summoned him.
This wasn’t the plan. But it was better.
(or can you?)
I decided not to change a thing in my content plan. Vitalik was coming to the soon-to-be Kolektyw3 space, so the photos still fit. The meetup was private for many reasons, so there was nothing to promote. I decided to go with the vibes.
I didn’t really know how to approach posting on the day of the meetup. I wasn’t even sure if I was allowed to post anything.
The day itself was a little chaotic. It tested our flexibility and organizational skills. But the meetup? Once I got a moment to breathe, it actually felt like any other meetup. Vitalik showed up. Someone brought their dog. Someone asked how to change the world. Casual stuff, right?
“Just another Tuesday.”
So what was all this for? The sunset photos. The cryptic tweets. The accidental date with Vitalik.
It was about Kolektyw3, our new community hub in Warsaw. Not a typical cowork. More like a shared layer of reality for Ethereum people passing through. A place to throw out half-baked ideas, find collaborators, and actually make them real.
We’ve been doing ETHWarsaw for over three years now. Three conferences, four hackathons, twenty-three meetups, and too many side quests to count. Kolektyw3 is what comes next. A base for all the stuff that doesn’t fit into a long weekend: bootcamps, deep dives, unexpected collisions, and long-term builder programs.
We want the momentum to last beyond the conference rush. We want to help builders meet, connect, and build something that outlives the hype.
That, as we like to say, is Proof of Vibe.
