I could have started with how much I was wrong about optimism.

How much I didn't understand a concept that was so clear in my design thinking culture and was helping a community and a L2 Blockchain technology in merging their needs together, without immediate grandeur aspirations, but with trust and shared intent.

The Op Stack is an example of that, and since the last year's eth hackathons I have seen tons of valuable projects built of that that push the limits of our tech further, using new standards, empowering us.

The farcaster community and the L2 and L3 blockhains built on Op Stack, like base or degen, have grown because of this ground work, and now we can say they are the most active defi, nft and social community in the crypto landscape.

What next?

I dare to say the next big step is gaming.

The hate for the Blockchain technology has grown within the gaming niche long before the hate for AI started grow within our art niche, and inside Tumblr as well, I dare to say they have the same root.

And the root is an old idea that money is a tool for powerful people, it's not like that anymore, the Blockchain changed everything, now the money is decentralized, everyone can "print" it.

I will not get deep into the idea that this kind of social violence grows with inequality, but as a matter of fact this is what a century of social psychology says, and this inequality is more in perception than in facts.

Now powerful people have understood the potential, Epic games has introduced a way for crypto in their store, but we need to recognize that the big leap in the Ethereum ecosystem was once gaming, with cryptokitties and Gods Unchained.

And that was because people had fun and was able to survive during the pandemic thanks to it.

Companies have grown and immutable is a good part of the new Blockchain landscape.

That landscape is now full of hate in that niche too, and it has been for a while when people realized that they missed out.

That's the miracle of the Blockchain and we are all grateful for that, I urge the super chain to leverage its community and these past lessons, axie infinity has already stepped into the superchain why not bring this further?
