On Saturday, 3 December 2022, a record number of Reddit Collectible Avatars were minted —nearly 255,000 —beating the previous high of 200,000 on 30 August and 31 August.

Since Reddit started selling the collection earlier this year, more than 4.4 million have been produced.

Reddit's proprietary cryptocurrency wallet, Vault, which enables users to collect community points based on the blockchain and spend them on in-app features like badges, is where users may store and manage Collectible Avatars.
