Ripple, the creators behind XRP, are starting to see their tokens price rise in anticipation of another major move that might put their SEC battle behind them once and for all (maybe). Former SEC Director of the corporation finance division William Hinman, whose penned documents a few years ago claimed ETH is not actually a security, is something Ripple has been trying to pry out of the the current SEC Director Gary Gensler’s hands without any luck, since it could throw the suit out. However, the district court judge in the case, Judge Analisa Torres, ordered the SEC to release the documents and could be the turning point in Ripple’s case (maybe).
I feel like I’ve heard “Ripple is about to beat the case” so many times now. Fool me once, shame on your. Fool me 19 times, shame on me. Forever. But…could this be that one time that MAYBE Ripple will ACTUALLY beat the case?
At this point, I don’t care how they do it. I was fooled into buying XRP the first time they were about to “beat the case”. I just want to break-even at this point and GTFO!
