I call this series Base Radar.
It’s my way of answering one simple question:

“If you ask me today what’s worth watching on Base, what would I say?”

This isn’t a news report or a polished research piece.
It’s just my personal field notes on:

• what I see,

• what I care about,

• and where my attention (and sometimes my capital) is going on Base.

  

  Signal #1 – From Pure DeFi to Real Users
  In previous cycles, new chains were mostly about TVL, yield, and farming.
  Base feels a bit different to me.

  More and more, the weight is shifting from:

  • “How much TVL?”
    to

  • “How many real users and real actions?”

  Social, consumer, and creator dApps are showing up.
  Gas is cheap enough for normal users to experiment.

  To me, that’s a sign Base is slowly becoming an economic layer,
  not just another temporary yield playground.
  
  Signal #2 – Creator Coins & Culture ($JESSE as a Mirror)

  For me, $JESSE is more than just a single token.
  It’s a mirror.

  It reflects where Base culture might be heading:

  • creators launching their own coins,

  • people “investing” in personalities and communities,

  • the mix of genuine belief + pure degen behavior in one place.

  So when I look at Base now,
  I don’t just look at new DeFi protocols.
  I watch how culture, speculation, and identity blend together.

  $JESSE is one of the strongest signals in that direction.
  
  Signal #3 – Infra Quietly Compounding in the BackgroundWhenever I play a narrative,
  I like to ask:

  

  “What’s compounding quietly in the background?”

  On Base, I see at least three layers:

  1. Dev infra & tooling – easier to build and ship on Base

  2. Identity & social graph – more people tying their identity to this chain

  3. Liquidity & habit – users slowly treating Base as a default place to do things

  None of this is as loud as a meme pump.
  But it’s what makes me comfortable staying here,
  because something underneath is getting stronger over time.
  How I’ll Use Base Radar from Now OnFrom now on, when you see Base Radar on my Paragraph,
  you can expect:

  • 2–4 signals I personally think are worth watching

  • less about “covering every news piece”

  • more about “what it feels like to be here, right now”

  It might not give you instant alpha or a guaranteed trade.
  But I hope it helps you see Base

  I don’t know where Base will be in a year.
  Narratives come and go.

  All I know is:

  • I use Base every day,

  • I learn from it every day,

  • and I want to keep a public journal of that journey from a Thai perspective.
