We are kicking off 2026 with expanded network accessibility, new integration pathways and a continued focus on making Nodle easier than ever to leverage across the ecosystem.
As part of protecting the foundation that makes all of this possible, we have initiated legal action to defend Nodle's Intellectual Property (IP). Our IP portfolio spans years of pioneering work in Bluetooth Low Energy networking, security, smartphone-based infrastructure, and content authenticity systems. These innovations are the technical bedrock for everything we build, and we take their protection seriously.
This is not a decision we took lightly. In the world of startups and independent innovators, it is highly unconventional to challenge a major public company in a patent case.
Our mission remains unchanged - building truly decentralized and open infrastructure for the next generation of connectivity and data.

This action is fundamentally about protecting the underlying technology that powers your experience.
