Dear Nodle Community,
Important Update.
On August 20th at 8:00 AM PST, the NODL token will be migrating to ZKsync on several major centralized exchanges, including Huobi, Gate.io, and MEXC. This transition marks a significant step in enhancing the scalability, security, and interoperability of the Nodle Network.
Key Details of the Migration:
Migration Date: Tuesday August 20th, 2024, at 8:00 AM PST.
Exchanges Involved: Huobi, Gate.io, and MEXC. Other exchanges to follow.
Documentation: Nodle on ZKSync Era.
What to Expect:
Migration Process:
You will need to bridge your tokens using the provided tools if you are holding them in personal wallets.
For those holding NODL on the involved exchanges, the migration will be handled automatically by the exchanges.
No Ticker Change: The NODL token will retain its current ticker.
1:1 Swap Ratio: The migration will occur at a 1:1 swap ratio, ensuring that your holdings remain the same in value.
Impact on Polkadot Parachain:
The Nodle Parachain will continue to operate for backward compatibility and will remain active for as long as its Polkadot lease is in place, at least until the end of the year. However, all new developments will occur on ZKSync.
Future Developments:
All future network enhancements and features will be deployed exclusively on ZKsync, ensuring faster transactions, lower fees, and enhanced security for our users.
Action Required:
For Wallet Users: Please use the Nodle Bridge to migrate your tokens to ZKsync.
For Nodle App Users: Please use the bridge feature to migrate your tokens to ZKsync.
Please be aware that your locked tokens will require a separate bridging step, planned to be online within the next few weeks on the Nodle Bridge Web UI. Once the transition is finalized, you’ll be able to transfer any unlocked tokens to the exchanges. Deposits and withdrawals of ZKsync NODL will be available starting on August 20th, immediately following the completion of the migration process.
Nodle Network rewards will soon be issued on ZKsync following an additional auto-migration step. You will still need to bridge your unlocked tokens.
