The Nodle Network is excited to unveil a major upgrade to the NODL token ecosystem: staking. This new feature empowers dedicated users to lock up their tokens and earn yield, strengthening the community’s commitment to the network.

Staking has been one of the most requested features from the Nodle community. By giving users the opportunity to earn interest on their idle NODL, staking rewards those with conviction and long-term vision. It aligns incentives, encourages holding and deepens participation in the network’s growth.

• Total Pool Size: 100 million NODL per annum

• Minimum Stake: 50,000 NODL

• Maximum Stake: 5 million NODL per address

• Estimated yield: 12% APR

• Lock-up period: 12 months / 360 days

• Smart Contract Audit: The contract has undergone a comprehensive security audit, ensuring robust protection for stakers’ assets.

• Once staked, NODL tokens are locked and cannot be used for governance, transfers or any other activity until they are unstaked

• After the unlock period of 12 months, tokens need to be unstaked to become fully liquid and can be used across the Nodle ecosystem

• When you lock your token, you will lose your app rank - until the tokens are released from the staking contract

1. Visit the Staking Portal: Go to https://zkclient.nodle.com/staking

2. Connect your wallet: Use WalletConnect or supported browser extensions (Talisman, Rabby, Metamask)

3. Navigate to Staking: Find the staking tab in the interface

4. Lock your NODL: Stake a minimum of 50,000 and up to 5 million NODL per address for the duration of 12 months

5. Earn yield: Enjoy an approximate 12% APR on your staked tokens

6. Unstaking: Initiate the unstaking process after the 12 month lock-up

Tip: You’ll need a small amount of unstaked NODL in your wallet to sign staking and unstaking transactions. Every attempt to claim before the locking period has expired will incur a fee - even when it fails.
