$NOON: A Governance token with real returns
At Noon, we believe governance shouldn’t just be a responsibility—it should be rewarded. Protocols are complex systems that need constant tuning, and those who participate in shaping them deserve to see value in return. That’s why we’ve designed $NOON and $sNOON not just as tokens of participation, but as vessels of long-term value creation. While most governance tokens offer a say in decision-making—and, implicitly, the chance to benefit from token appreciation—we wanted to go further. At No...

7 ways Noon is building the safest and most transparent stablecoin
Over the past two weeks, the stablecoin space has seen some controversy. According to recent reports, the TVL of some prominent stablecoin protocols appear to have been artificially inflated through recursive lending between themselves, a cycle where each protocol lends to the other using their own tokens as collateral. On the surface, that can make numbers look impressive. Underneath, it creates fragile, circular exposure, the very kind of hidden leverage that has caused collapses before. Th...

Since the beginning, Noon has stood for a different way of doing things. We’ve always believed that capital should move at the speed of trust — and that trust is built through transparency, participation, and shared ownership.
Today, we’re excited to open a new chapter in that journey: the launch of our Noon Governance Forum.
This forum is more than just a tool — it's a space for conversation, coordination, and co-creation. It marks the beginning of a more open and collaborative governance process, where community members can shape the direction of Noon alongside our core team.
We’ve laid the foundations for this in previous posts (like this one), outlining our vision for community-led capital. But now, we’re turning vision into infrastructure. The forum is where proposals will take shape, ideas will be challenged and refined, and contributors will find opportunities to get more deeply involved.
At its core, governance is about decisions that shape the future of our protocol. For Noon, these decisions will include:
Designing systems that empower contributors and capital allocators alike
Creating mechanisms for real influence, not just symbolic input
Ensuring our decision-making processes are, fair and dynamic
Governance is not just a checklist for decentralisation. It’s a living, evolving process — and it starts with participation.
The Noon Governance Forum is structured to support open discussion and structured progress. You’ll find:
Idea threads – early-stage concepts that need feedback and refinement
Proposal discussions – formal suggestions with clear action steps and implications
Risk assessment & strategies – new assets proposed, their risk assessments.
Community coordination – working groups, initiatives, and contributor updates
We’ll be organising conversations into categories, such as:
Governance Processes: How proposals are created, escalated, and implemented.
Governance Token Mechanics: Topics like transferability, staking, delegation, and voting rights.
New Assets / Strategies - Risk assessments: How and where the protocol is launched and iterated on, new trading strategies.
Tokenomics: Rewards, fees, emissions schedules, and sustainability.
Ecosystem Growth: Grants, incentives, community initiatives.
Whether you're here to share a new investment thesis, debate a capital allocation, or simply learn how things work — you have a voice in shaping Noon.
🗳️ The forum is now live (in beta).
Join us, participate, and help decide what Noon becomes.
Until TGE, this forum will be in beta, meaning that we will have discussions, but no voting. Once TGE occurs and users receive their tokens, we will begin to both discuss and vote on proposals
First Discussion: CLO
We’ve kicked off our first discussion under the “Token Mechanics” category, exploring adding publicly traded Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) into our basket of deployment strategies.
👉Join the discussion on CLO here
More category threads will follow, and ultimately, proposals will be drafted, ratified, and voted on by the community.
Let’s build this together.
