There's a standing challenge on Farcaster right now to propose an idea to reach new people. Jacob from Zora put a bounty on it - so here's my idea!
So ~200k active users x 1,000 is 200 million new users. That's a lot. But a 10x, which would still be huge, would be 2 million new users. Let's start there and rinse & repeat if it works.
The best campaigns offer coupons, sampling, and track their results. Take $10M of the budget and use that for $5 credit for every new signup. Use a special code to track these new users.
But don't forget to solve a problem the user is experiencing. Almost everyone has something or someone they want to be. It's a little different for everyone, but art can make that happen.
Use the commercial to show several different types of people with amazing style - all using Zora to collect art (for free or for very cheap) and also show some amazing artists using the platform to create works and list them affordably.
Make it seem scarce, make the time window seem limited, make it exciting, push folks to sign up as soon as possible.
"Art is affordable. Art can change your life. Get $5 free when you sign up. Start collecting today. Open until March 1st, while funds last."

This is an excellent question. The best answer in the next 24 hours I will tip 111,111 DEGEN.
I would gamify an open edition mint: -Ad would be a QR code and have a countdown with some elevator music -Abstract signing (privy) and gas entirely -Users have to choose one artist/mint out of 4 available -Also give a soulbound token for participating (a la Solana phone token)
I’d make single link to mint any moment of the game. Every second different shot. Might also hit a joker with something unexpected. Includes ads.
1. Work with a state lottery. (Not sure what's the legal framework for this in the US). 2. Mint your ticket and get a chance to win $100M.
“Wow that actually worked” by Reddit is probably the best example https://www.creativebloq.com/news/reddit-superbowl-ad
walk thru the history of humans collecting things (a seemingly inherent fascination of humanity), superman issue #1, beanie babies, Jordans, and so on proceeding to illustrate the environmental costs and landfills filled to the brim with all those outdated memes, then 💥 show how collecting has evolved with Zora
I would avoid using the terms nft, crypto, and mint
this one's for you @draper

I would focus on the insight of nostalgia and collecting. A grandfather showing his childhood memorabilia to his grandson. All the trophies accumulated over many years... Stamps, stamps, posters, tickets and other artifacts. 1/x
Suddenly the boy asks his grandfather for his most precious treasure. And he shows a letter... It is the first letter his mother wrote, but it is no longer readable, it is very worn out. The only gift he had left... Suddenly the child, unnoticed by his grandfather, takes what was left of the letter... 2/x
The child, cradling the remnants of the letter, embarks on a digital adventure, driven by the wish to preserve this fragment of family history. With youthful ingenuity and the curiosity that propels the digital age, he navigates the online world to find a solution, stumbling upon Zora… 3/x
- The ad is Mr Beast on screen awkwardly holding a giant QR code. - Link takes you to a site announcing something similar to the crypto games with a 10 million dollar prize. (wallet auto generated to join) - The game that follows involves games the are ridiculous and also tells the read, write, own story of crypto.
