Then proceed to deposit into any of the V2 vaults on earn.polynomial.fi

Remember, minimum deposit is $50. Above you can find a cheatsheet that'll give you an insight on which one you should choose. Always read before you ape, anon 😎

After depositing, it takes about 4hours to process your deposit into the vault strategy.

Why? You might ask.

The V2 vaults don't make use of round system, so there is a min deposit time to enter into the position. The min deposit time ranges between 4-6 hours.

You can see the time left or whether it is pending in your portfolio page. If your portfolio shows Deposit Pending, you need to wait.

You need to meet any of the following requirements to be eligible to claim the quest NFT:

Deposit > $1000; Duration > 24 hours

Deposit < $1000 or ≥ $50 ; Duration > One week.

This was updated from the intial requirement of simply depositing minimum of $50 for any period of time because it was noticed that a lot of users were just depositing and withdrawing immediately after claiming their NFT without earning any yield. This defeats the main purpose of the Optimism Quests, which is to learn about how the various popular apps in the Optimism Ecosystem work.

The longer duration for the deposits helps to ensure that those participating in the quest read about the respective vaults they're depositing into and also understand the risks involved with each of them.
