This weekend, I made a point to pause—stepping outside for fresh air, giving myself a spa reset (sauna + acupressure massage💆🏻♀️), doing a little light work, but mostly unplugging.
It also happened to be the anniversary of my father’s passing, which made the time for stillness and reflection even more meaningful. Grief has its own rhythm, and I wanted to honor that space while still moving forward.
Taking this time to recharge felt deeply needed—especially with the Summit and a full week ahead.
If you’re traveling out for Summit, I can’t encourage this enough: carve out a little time for your own wellness before the whirlwind begins
