Highlight of the Week: Alpha S2, MVFW and NFTWorlds Avatars all revealed the magic of the Metaverse.
As seen from the above chart, Decentraland and NFTWorlds demonstrated the strongest growth momentum this week, with total land values in the metaverses rising by 1% and 4% respectively. Meanwhile, growth in The Sandbox ebbed, which may just indicate a tapering off as its much-hyped Alpha Season 2 and heavy events schedule neared its end.

Somnium Space opened a Hotz House in the metaverse — providing property rentals, PC & gear, building tips, NFT ideation, event production & photography/videography service.
WWWebb launched its WWWebb Governance Forum v0.1 — an open place where community members can discuss ideas, vote on proposals and contribute to the creation of the WWWebb ecosystem. At the same time, the metaverse released its vision & guidelines for the Forum.
Worldwide Webb gave away NFTs to the most creative builds.
NFTWorlds announced its soon-to-be-released collection of NFTWorlds Avatars. The collection will comprise 2 parts. First will be a genesis collection of 10,000 NFTWorlds Avatars — the only avatars to be directly released as playable characters by the metaverse. Second will come its set of Community Avatars, comprising a perpetually released collection of drops from communities and projects building on top of NFTWorlds.
NFTWorlds released its Avatars page on its updated website. The virtual worlds ecosystem has taken on input from all players on its WL for the genesis NFTWorlds Avatars collection. They have increased the mint size from 10,000 to 15,000 avatars, while users will be able to collect 1 reserved WL MINT for each 1 NFTWorld owned.
