The native ChatGPT app on macOS often feels less complete compared to the web version. One example is the “Ask to ChatGPT” feature when highlighting text, which is not yet available in the Mac app. Why does this happen? If you want the most complete experience, the web version remains the best choice. But if you value smooth performance and native integration, the Mac app offers significant advantages.
