My number 1 framework for analyzing personalities is in approach to life, i categorize it into dynamic living and stop-motion living.
Dynamic People tend to be proactive and impulsive, they dive headfirst into situations without considering all the details, they often rely on intuition and instinct and are more prone to making mistakes, but also more likely to learn from them. They are always adventurous, spontaneous, and action-oriented
conversely, stop motion people tend to be more cautious and reflective, they take their time to assess situations before reacting. Weigh the pros and cons, considering multiple perspectives. They are more risk-averse, but also more likely to make informed decisions. They mostly wait for reaction before they act. its just like nature, they respond only when there's reaction, they wait for their opponent to create an opening and then ruthlessly take advantage. They don't mind the waiting period,
Furthermore, one important difference between the two is aesthetic, dynamic people have the aesthetic advantage, flair due to their constant activities, the popular ones but they are full of scars due to many mistakes. Stop motion on the other end contain less aesthetic but characterized will dullness and less aesthetic but ruthless in its decision making and less scars/mistake.
The ultimate goal is to be able to balance both sides completely, only few people have been able to do that, the ability to run life race at crazy speed and pause at any point where necessary. its simple but only few ones have been able to do this, In biblical times i see this with apostle paul, in football i see this with Messi, in politics i see this with Lee Kuan Yew, the former Prime Minister of Singapore and nelson Mandela of south Africa
This balance enables them to maximize their impact and productivity, minimize mistakes and missteps, cultivate resilience and adaptability and most importantly, Inspire and influence others. This balance is simple in concept but challenging to achieve in practice. It requires self-awareness to recognize when to accelerate or pause, discipline to control impulses and emotions, wisdom to know when to take risks or exercise caution and humility to learn from mistakes and adjust.
My analysis of kamala of trump put them at a dynamic positions, always charging headlong without much details (the shapiro issue concluded my analysis of kamala). Non of these two are close to finding balance, this could have been mitigated by their vice but the vices seems to be of same traits, had high hope for tim but seems he's same category.
Biden for me is in stop motion category but sadly he's out of the race. Worried about the present candidates, we're in for a full term of controversy and bumps imo

How i choose my candidate
I really dig the analysis & two types you describe. I’m not 100% I see how it’s helpful in choosing a candidate in the present climate but it’s a great framework for people in general.
the options we have presently is quite limited, one might have to revert to the founding principles of the parties and trust that the candidate will stay true to it
There’s just always the risk that all major candidates are of the same type. Biden’s stop motion approach almost seems old fashioned in the present day zeitgeist of “who can grab attention at any cost”
