Encounter II — The Moth Shepherd

We audit an elevated glass-hall viaduct to determine: engine-weather or rite. Via Witness Relay, Harmonics, and Edge Preference, a faceless Moth Shepherd orders without speech. The swarm becomes a door; he enters; a key he drops turns one lock and its nonadjacent twin. Findings: rim bias over center, honest time at D, order precedes command. We log the Shepherd as Function Holder and keep the hall in Noon Trial rotation.
