Pepe Unchained: Migration to Our New Layer-2 Ecosystem
Migration OverviewDue to the deprecation of Custom Gas Tokens (CGT) on OP Rollups, which were integral to our previous infrastructure, we have made the strategic decision to migrate Pepu Unchained to a new, fully secure Layer-2 solution powered by Arbitrum. This ensures long-term performance, scalability, and security for the ecosystem. When working on this migration, it became very clear that we also needed to launch an entirely new $PEPU token. Which is what we have done to ensure the futur...

Earlier this year, Pepu awarded a Friends with Benefits grant to Tosh to develop tools that make Pepu L2 safer, clearer, and easier to navigate. The focus was simple: help communities separate strong projects from noise, and give builders ways to prove their transparency.
Today, we are sharing a progress update:
ToshLock has already secured more than $100,000 of liquidity.
ToshScore is now live, bringing a simple 0–100 project score to Pepu L2.
ToshBoard, the full discovery dashboard, is coming soon.

Liquidity locks are one of the clearest commitments a builder can make. They ensure that liquidity cannot simply disappear overnight, giving communities confidence at the foundation.
Since launch, more than $100,000 of value has been locked through ToshLock. Each lock is verifiable on-chain, setting a higher standard of transparency for Pepu L2 builders.

Learn more about how ToshLock works in the original article:
Liquidity locks are essential, but they are only one part of the bigger picture. That is why Tosh has launched ToshScore, a 0–100 score that blends on-chain safety, liquidity quality, and community sentiment into one glanceable number.
Liquidity Lock (25 pts): % locked and average lock duration
Dev Transparency (15 pts): whether the creator address has tokens locked
Age & Consistency (10 pts): time in the wild across 7, 30, and 90+ days
On-chain Health (15 pts): liquidity depth and 24h turnover
Community Momentum (10 pts): relative 30-day community votes
Council (10 pts): curated sentiment from trusted reviewers
Distribution (15 pts): concentration of top holders and unique holder count
The result is a single score that makes it easier to triage projects quickly while still encouraging deeper verification. Category bars highlight strengths and weaknesses, and 👑 marks the current best performer in each area.

With ToshBoard, users will be able to:
Sort tokens by ToshScore
Scan key metrics like market cap, liquidity, holders, and lock status
Open detailed breakdowns of supply, top holders, and council notes
Verify every claim via direct links to PepuScan, lock proofs, and PepuSwap
Pepu’s mission is to give communities the tools to act with confidence. ToshLock proved that builders are ready to lock liquidity transparently. ToshScore makes token quality glanceable and comparable. ToshBoard will tie it all together into a fast, clean interface for discovery.
Together, these tools help make Pepu L2 a more transparent, resilient, and verifiable ecosystem.
We are proud to support Tosh through the FwB grant and excited to see this progress delivered.
ToshLock is live, ToshScore is live, and ToshBoard is on the horizon.
