After a late night of hacking, fueled by caffeine and permavibes, projects are starting to take shape.
Hackers have been workshopping ideas with mentors, past cohort alumni, and Arweave and AO founder Sam Williams, who joined for hands-on feedback and whiteboard sessions.
Some standout project themes so far include:
Developer tooling and reusable components
Onchain marketing and automated changelogs
Secure startup document vaults
Token arbitrage agents powered by AO
No-code databases using AO

These are just a few of the ideas being built inside the Hacker House. More teams are quietly shipping. Each group will demo their projects live at Arweave Day India this Saturday.
The sprint continues tomorrow as we move into Day 1 of Arweave India. The first day of the main event will be a closed-door session at the Science Gallery, featuring early access to the latest HyperBEAM updates.
