The human mind is indeed a remarkably amazing existence. When we set aside our egos, we truly feel a heavenly sense of freedom. This year, due to the mistakes of others, whether intentional or unintentional, I have suffered immense losses in many aspects, even close to devastating levels. When facing these challenges, I've managed to eat and sleep well, calmly observing everything as it unfolds, letting them come and go... At least in this aspect, I've ascended and outperformed. When I take a break and don't dwell on these matters, my subconscious mind constantly operates, sorts through, analyzes, summarizes, and processes everything. Once I understand and gain insight, my anger fades. Compared to 15 years ago, where I had a near-extreme sense of external perfection and self-esteem, now I seek inward, knowing exactly where I stand, giving myself sufficient self-esteem, with a stable core. The temporary noise, negativity, and even defamation from the outside world seem irrelevant to me. They are neither my destination nor can they hinder my progress; they are merely a passing phase. I let them fade into the past while I continue moving forward. With the mindset of an observer, I feel at ease and free.
