Jet lag flies around the world, from one area of time, transfer to another area of time, just started, often adjust bad habits. Especially long distance travel, across continents and oceans, past the dateline, the trouble of jet lag, can last a week, ten days, or even longer. Jet lag is a part of your body's inertia. Suddenly the head is dull, the eyes are hard and heavy, all the cells of the body are suddenly sleepy, the desire to sleep in all parts of the body at once. Jet lag is like a secret switch invisible inside the body, turning off all the lights or turning on all the lights at once, making the consciousness enter into a blurred consciousness, or a blurred consciousness suddenly become clear. Jet lag is a phenomenon caused by the rapid development of modern transportation. Ancient travelers, on foot, by horse, by boat, or even by train, were less prone to jet lag in the slower cumulative changes of their journeys. The time difference is the sense of disorder of the inertia rule under the fast speed and huge transition. Sometimes when I run on the treadmill for half an hour or an hour at a fixed speed, I get used to the speed and the rhythm of body movement. Then I suddenly change the speed or press the stop button. In an instant, the feeling of moving forward becomes backward, as if the image is reversed, my body is derailed from the normal space and the safety rules are lost. Time change or space change, too fast, will make the sense of disorder, produce unease. Feeling uneasy is a kind of warning, as if to warn us of the dangers of adaptation implied by rapid change. In fear of danger, humans need to rely on many fixed tracks, rules, habits or traditions. Feeling insecure, prone to fall back on safe tracks and rules, following habits and relying on tradition. In a few days of persistent jet lag, I doubt myself: is it aging? In a young state of the body, may deliberately pursue the track and rules of rapid change of pleasure. Feeling insecure, therefore, can be a warning sign to get back on track. But is it possible that feeling restless is also a stimulus, encouraging the body to experience the joy of a completely new realm after the derailment? I look up at the joy of the young children on the fast roller coaster, I appreciate the people standing hundreds of meters in the air bouncing down, flying in the air, like a dragon, after the completion of the adventure, the joy of the face revealed the challenge of the difficulty of confidence. I realized my body's jet lag alarm was going off. I sat up, conscious, and looked out of the window at the inky stillness, at my native alarm clock ringing in every nook and cranny of my body during the indistinctly discernible night of a foreign land. I don't know if I should turn off the alarm clock in my hometown. I don't know if I should adjust the alarm clock in my hometown to the rules here. Being on vacation, I indulged myself a little, indulged myself in the jet lag of home, waking alone in the middle of the night, feeling the familiar dawn inside, the birds singing in the banyan trees, the children calling one another to school in the alleys, the blaring horns of the cars selling breakfast buns, far and near... In the wake of jet lag, I saw the busy start of the day in the city I miss.
