PoolTogether is a protocol designed to make saving fun and rewarding. By depositing tokens, anyone can have the chance to win prizes without ever losing their principle. The more you save, the better your odds of winning. But today, we're taking that concept even further.
We’re excited to introduce winETH, a new prize vault powered by PoolTogether and fueled by Aave yield on Optimism. This vault not only rewards savers but also supports public goods — making it a win-win for everyone!
winETH is a PoolTogether prize vault that lets you stake your USDC and win on multiple levels. First, by simply saving, you become eligible for daily prizes in the PoolTogether prize pool. But there’s more. 33% of the vault’s yield is donated to worthy causes. You save, you win, and you contribute to the greater good.
The first beneficiary is Protocol Guild. After one month, depositors vote to select the next public good to receive funding. And while you’re supporting these causes, you still get the chance to win from an Optimism prize pool of 27.5 ETH, with a 6.6 ETH grand prize waiting for its next lucky winner.
Good deeds don’t go unrewarded! Over the next six months (until April 3rd, 2025), winETH will distribute 87,982.84 OP tokens as bonus rewards to depositors. These rewards are based on your time-weighted average balance and accrue in real-time, claimable weekly.
You can deposit into winETH through winETH.org, Pooltime, or Cabana—it all counts. The key is simply having a deposit, and you’ll be eligible for those OP tokens!
