Ever since Covid-19, the number of Chiropractors around the world has skyrocketed and more attention is being given to it as well due to Dr. Crack on Tiktok.

I was very skeptical at first but because my brother has gone to several sessions, so I decided to go for a free consultation to diagnose my situation.

I was doing some comparison of several organizations and discovered plenty of Chiropractors around me. Referring to Mr Google, looking at the specific branch that has the most positive rating would naturally have a good experience overall for foodies as well.

ChiroPractic First which originated from Malaysia has multiple branches across Klang Valley as well in Singapore.

Prior to consulting them, I have visited 2 other places around PJ which immediately perform adjustments without doing an X-Ray to determine your current situation and spine structure.

A typical 1-hour session consists of 2 sessions.

30 minutes — Consultancy & Adjustments, Follow up by electrical stimulation after for recovery.

30 minutes- Physiotherapy lessons and stretches.

With that, a charge of RM160-RM250 is to be paid.

A normal spine looks like the one on the right; curved. In March, however due to my previous injuries, my spine (left) self-corrected due to many complications and twisting of the spine.

Be careful as well as if they did not do it right, it might injure you as well. I previously had a bad habit of self-cracking my neck which also led to my neck injuries but manage to stop doing it.
