Pell is a decentralized network that allows Bitcoin holders to restake their tokens and access new opportunities within the DeFi ecosystem. By running a Pell Node on RapidNode, you’re contributing to the growth of Bitcoin’s functionality while earning rewards.
Follow this simple guide to set up your Pell Node.
Sign up or log in to your RapidNode account.
Go to the Wallet section and add credits to your account. This ensures uninterrupted operation of your node.

On your RapidNode dashboard, navigate to the Nodes section.
Select Pell Node from the available options.
Choose the duration for your node (monthly, yearly, etc.).
Confirm the purchase and complete the transaction.

Once purchased, go to the Node Deployment section.
Enter a Moniker Name for your node (this acts as your node’s identifier).
Click Deploy and monitor the progress in the Active Nodes section

After your Pell Node is deployed, click on the "Private Key" button to retrieve your node’s private key.
You will be prompted to verify your identity with an OTP to access the credentials.
Note: Your valoper address will initially be empty because the validator is not created yet. Proceed to the next steps to complete the setup.

Copy your Public Key from the RapidNode dashboard.

Paste the Public Key into the Pell interface when prompted and press Enter.

Once your Public Key is entered, wait until you receive 1 Pell Token, which will be sent by the RapidNode team.
If there’s a delay in receiving the token, share your Public Key on our Discord channel to request the Pell Tokens manually.
Ensure you have at least 1 Pell Token in your account to proceed to the next step.

Once you have at least 1 Pell Token, return to your RapidNode dashboard.
Under the three-dot menu, click Initiate Node.

Your Pell validator is now created and 1 Pell Token has been delegated successfully

To become an active validator, you need to delegate more Pell tokens than the current active validator.
Check the Active Validators page to see how much is delegated by others:Pell Active Validators

You can now track your Valoper Address and ensure it becomes active once you meet the required delegation.

Once your node is fully deployed, you can monitor its performance through UptimeKuma.
To view your node’s monitoring status, click the "Monitoring" button in the RapidNode dashboard.
Your UptimeKuma login credentials will be displayed, allowing you to track uptime and other metrics in real-time

🎉 Congratulations! You’ve successfully set up your Pell Node on RapidNode! Now, you’re part of the decentralized Bitcoin restaking revolution. Enjoy earning rewards as part of the Pell network.
