It’s Monday—the start of a new week—and my reading today comes with a strong reminder: seek God earnestly, plead with the Almighty, and He will restore. But that comes with being pure and upright. Because sin doesn’t always enter dramatically; often it creeps in quietly, slipping into our subconscious before we even notice.

That realization hit me today.

For the past week, I’ve been doing lying-down meditation while talking to God. There are moments it feels helpful, but honestly, most moments feel like I’m just going through the motions. The dullness has increased, and the clarity I’m seeking feels further away.

So today, after starting lying down, I finished with a proper sit for the last 30 minutes—and it was immediately clear: dullness is the doorway through which distractions enter. Every wandering thought seems to come through that gap.

The positive side? I’m noticing the mind wandering more clearly now. That’s step one. The wandering mind is notoriously hard to tame—and that’s exactly why I restarted meditation in the first place.

So today I restate my intention:

Quiet the mind.
Shorten the wandering.
Catch distractions and label them.
Create space to hear the Holy Spirit more clearly.

That is the path forward.

I’m still testing energy on the Binance Alpha listings, but honestly—the new coins just aren’t getting the usual market-maker pushes. It feels like something has shifted.

The entire market is a sea of red today. I’ve stayed out of the way the past few days, so the damage is smaller for me. But the pattern is clear:

Relief pump → instant dump.
Classic bear-market behavior.

And we’ll stay in this mode for as long as people remain bullish.
